What area do you cover?
We currently cover London and its surrounding Counties but we are willing to travel further if necessary.
How much notice do you need?
This will depend on the size and complexity of your order. We would like at least a few days but it is wise to book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment. If we are fully booked for your event we will endeavor to help you find another trusted balloon company where we can. Please note that last minute or rush orders may incur an extra fee.
I don’t see what I want in your gallery.
Don’t worry! Here at Airlegance we are experienced in working with all types of balloons. If you don’t see what you want just ask.
Do you offer a consultation service?
Yes! We offer a full face to face consultation service for weddings, corporate and special events. The charge for this will depend on the location and length of time needed but the starting fee is £20.
Can you set up my balloon delivery?
Yes of course. We can set up your balloons when we deliver them. There will be a charge for this service which will depend on the time it takes to do so.
What are your installation fees for on-site decor?
This will depend on the location, length of time and complexity of the installation.
Do you need to carry out a site survey?
It is not always necessary to carry out a site survey but there may be times we will need to do one. In some cases, this can be done at the same time as your consultation. Please note that balloon releases, drops and exploding balloons will require a site survey.
What if my venue requires your insurance certificate?
No problem. We are more than happy to liaise with your venue and send a copy of our insurance certificate to them.
Can I see my order/bespoke designs before my event?
We do offer a design service where we will create a computer generated a mock image of your designs. There is a starting fee of £20 for this service.
Do you offer a strike/take down service?
Yes, we do. We can return after your event and clear your balloon decorations away. The charge for this will depend on the location, the length of time and the time of day.
What if I have a complaint?
We endeavor to carry out all work to the highest possible standard however in the unlikely event that you have a complaint please get in touch and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.
